Last week Elder de la Cruz got sick and lost his voice. He couldn´t speak above a whisper for about a week. I thought it was hilarious, but I shouldn´t laugh, It´ll probably happen to me one day :)
We had a good week. The Elders had a baptism and it was beautiful. She´s one of those already prepared people who can feel the spirit so strongly that they make necessary changes even before being taught why. She has a special glow about her :)
We had a sweet experince with Liduvina this week. She´s been through a lot and wants to put her life in order, but it´s not been easy. She´s been able to read, but hasn´t been able to pray except when we´re with her. On Saturday we had a great lesson with her about prayer and she was excited about the promises made in the Book of Mormon. On Sunday when we visited her she was estatic! ¨SISTERS! I have to tell you something! I had a horrible toothache and I said a prayer and now I feel better!¨ It is so special to be able to experience these special moments of faith with other people :)
Sister Guzmán and I are working hard here and are super happy.
I love the gospel!
Love,

Gotta love exchanges with old friends! Sister Díaz was Sister Schaumkel´s trainer and we spent 3 months together in Actopan. She´s my sister training leader here on her last cycle.
